Due to pandemic, Baclaran Elementary School Central (BESC) Mathematics month celebration was virtually done last January 18-29 2021 with the theme “Mathematics for a better world” via Baclaran Elementary School Central (BESC) fb live streaming . It was participated by the students, teachers, school head and parents.
The event was done to awaken the awareness and interest of the pupils as well as teachers the importance of Mathematics. In connection with this objective, students showed love for mathematics by performing different activities.
For two consecutive weeks simultaneous activities were done by the students. Grades 1-3 showcased their talents in making Math headdresses while Grades 4-6 presented poster making. Mathematics quiz bee was performed by grades 5-6. Pre- judging were done before the declaration of winners based on the given criteria for judging.
