On September 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM, Baclaran Elementary School Central (BESC) conducted a virtual stakeholder’s convergence with a theme “Handog mo, Gadget ko: Kaagapay sa Pagkatutoko” via Facabook Live powered by StreamYard.
It was participated by students, parents, stakeholders and alumni who extended their hands through donations with love.
This was started with a welcome remarks given by Mrs. Lanely S. Solito (School Head), followed by Dr. Bernie Mascaranas, and a tribute to all the stakeholders who rendered unwavering support to BESC and its students. This project was launched to support the students through donating electronic gadgets that could be used this time of pandemic. “It takes a village to raise a child” Solito said as she summoned the attention and cooperation of BESC community to make this academic school year as success despite of pandemic. Brgy. Captain Jun Zaide, and councel were also invited in the said event. Couch Binky Favis, councilor district II) shared his time and effort to this project. Favis said “This is the time when those who have a little more in life could share those who have a little less in life”. According to him it is the time to extend help and support to the students who really in need of gadgets in order to continue education in the new normal set up. Mrs Nenita Glodo, (retired teachers of BESC), Hon. Joan Villafuerte ( Counselor District I) Mr. Carlito Vacal ( Brgy. Kagawad), Ms. Rachel Garcia (SK Chairman), Mr. Jigs Carlo an alumnus batch 2010-2011 and Mrs. Jacquely Lobete, GPTA president gave an inspiring messages and showed their full support in the said project.
This was done to recognize the great stakeholders who offered help to BESC specifically monetary and other things needed in a new normal opening of classes.
Working as a team, BESC was able to tap the shoulders of all stakeholders to join in this remarkable stakeholders convergence.
